Mark A. McLeod

• Born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 25, 1959.
• Graduated from Ohio University in 1981 cum laude with a B.A. in accounting.
• Obtained juris doctor degree cum laude from Capital University Law School in 1986.
• Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio (inactive status) 
• Member of the Columbus Bar Association's Admissions Committee & Estate Planning and Trust Committee

• Mark began his legal career at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur in 1981 as a probate accountant and became an associate with the firm in 1986.  
• In March of 1990, Joined one of Columbus' oldest law firms, Hamilton, Kramer, Meyers & Cheek, where he became a partner in 1996.  
• Mark founded the McLeod Law Office in 1999 after the passing of his mentor, Earl L. Hamilton.
• Mark has a rating of AV Preeminent from the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Rating system which denotes that Mark's colleagues rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
